I would like to express my appreciation for the superb job you and your staff did catering the dinner for Florida State University new faculty. The food was delicious and presented in an attractive, inviting manner. Your servers were gracious and very attentive. Even with 150 guests, each one felt special. Linda and I especially appreciate the professional set-up, service, and clean up.

Jacky and I want to thank you for helping make our wedding a smashing success for us, as well as the guests. Everyone we've spoken to about the wedding has spoken highly of your service, and it is worthy of high praise. The presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. My biggest regret is that in the excitement of the wedding I didn't get to eat more of the food! The pasta, seafood dip and the little bit of turkey I did get to eat were all great.

You will be pleased to know that your staff drew high praise as well. The appetizers you cooked were an attraction in themselves - the guests loved them! And you might not even know it, but your assistant Rob was very helpful in dealing with a difficult caretaker of the house the afternoon of the wedding. We were about to panic when she would not let us in the house to set up the buffet area, when Rob stepped in. Before I knew it, we were in the house and ready to go.

So thank you from us, and from the guests. I would be pleased to recommend you in the future, if you ever need.
