Justin Chiricos began his culinary career under the supervision of master chefs from Florida and South Carolina. From managing events at Tallahassee's Capital City Country Club to professional corporate banquet experience with Marriott International, Chef Justin offers the finest catering available in the North Florida region regardless of party size.
Chef Kevin's background includes operations and production management for Marriott's Health Care Division, banquet supervision for Tallahassee's Golden Eagle Country Club and executive chef for restaurants in Westville N.Y and Tallahassee Florida. His role with Catering Capers is quality control, food presentation, and staff development.
